We are back at it again…STILL posting about our day at the San Jacinto Day Festival! Wow…lots to cover!!!

Several Danza Azteca groups performed, but I met the two above, Eheca and Javier prior to their show for a few photos. Sadly, their names were the only ones I wrote down before it became too hectic. I have to say, the extreme passion shown by Mr. Herrera for the dance was beautifully touching!!

About 5 minutes before the Danza Azteca groups performed, it started to get crowded – this was about 10 minutes before!

Mr. Herrera just delivered such an incredibly passionate performance the crowd noise seemed to hush watching him and the other dancers.

Without a doubt, respect was shown to/by the dancers indigenous traditions – I’m sure their families are all quite proud as they should be!

Just thought I’d be me and throw some randomness in here – I saw this while riding down the road en route to the Festival – thought it was appropriate for the day to snap a quick shot.

More cool stuff to follow so “stay tuned” … we’ll see more about The Buffalo Soldiers, Hawks, a Golden Eagle, Screech Owl and more!!

Thanks for stopping by!
